This website is published by Afrika Biz Investments Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 09535632, registered office 71 to 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Afrika Biz Investments is also registered in Uganda.

What this website is for
This website describes a grain quality, drying and storage facility that A.B.I. is developing in Uganda, and how to get in touch with us about it. It is for information.
This is not an offer of investment
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or an invitation to buy, any security or investment, and nothing here is a financial promotion. Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and you should not treat it as any of those. If you are considering an investment of any kind, take your own independent professional advice.
Where we share an investment memorandum, a financial model or a technical specification, we do so separately and directly, to people who ask for them, and on the terms stated in those documents.
The project is at an early stage
A.B.I. is at a pre-construction stage. Construction has not started. Figures on this site, including capacity, throughput, cost and timing, are planning estimates based on the information we have at the time of writing, and they will change as the design and the quotations are finalised. Statements about what the facility will do describe our intention, not a present fact.
Images of the facility are concept visualisations. They show the design as it is currently planned, they are not photographs of anything that has been built, and the finished facility will differ from them.
Our suppliers and partners
Where we name a manufacturer, supplier or adviser, we do so to describe who we are working with on specification and design. Unless we say otherwise in plain words, no contract has been signed with them, and naming them is not a claim that they endorse A.B.I. or that they are appointed.
What belongs to us
The text, images, illustrations, layout and code of this website belong to A.B.I. or to the people we license them from. Images marked A.B.I. are our property. You may read the site, print a page for your own use, and quote us with attribution. Please do not copy, republish or use our images or text commercially without asking us first. Logos and names of other companies belong to those companies.
Links to other websites
Where we link to another website, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for it.
Our liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will always be online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on anything on it. Governing law
