A building is the easy part

What makes it worth building is the people who fund it, run it, and use it. Three ways in.

  • Investors

A fee-per-tonne service business at the heart of the grain trade, two harvests a year, in a market that has already measured the cost of the problem in public. The case, the standards, the data.

    The investor case

  • Careers

Engineers, agronomists, project managers, technicians, teachers, cooks. On site in Uganda or remote. We are building now and we want to find you first.

    Come and build it

  • Partners

Farmers and cooperatives who want to use the facility. Brewers, millers and agencies who need grain to a specification. Engineers and agri-tech builders who need a real supply chain to prove their work.

    Work with us

Infrastructure that teaches, not just stores

The biggest cause of spoiled grain is drying on bare ground and storing damp, because nobody was shown a better way. So alongside the plant, we run the work that makes the whole thing count.

  • Free testing days. Bring a sample, learn what it tests at, take the result away whether or not you use us.

  • Test farms and agronomists. Best practice for drying, storage and handling, demonstrated on the ground and taught in the local language.

  • Leading agri-tech in farmers' hands. Sensors, moisture tools and traceability that make a harvest measurable from the field onward.

  • Open aggregate data, with no farm identified, so the region can see where losses occur and fix them.

  • Hire and train locally, with the technical training that makes a portable career, not a seasonal job.

We will report on all of it, openly. A programme people can measure is a programme people can trust.

Quality that can be measured is quality that can be taught.
Showing one farmer how to get a better result is worth more than testing a hundred lots after the fact.

Why the training sits alongside the plant, not after it
